If your order is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, reach out to us at info@shopgoodjob.com, and we’ll look into it. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll make it right.

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. You can review our refund policy here. If you have an issue with your order, email us at info@shopgoodjob.com.

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, contact us at info@shopgoodjob.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
